How to bake pão de queijo for a crowd

Oven (best results, Brazilian style)

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
2. Line a baking pan with parchment paper or foil.
3. Add the RioBuns straight from the freezer, spaced 1 inch apart.
4. Bake 25-30 minutes, rotating the pan every 10 minutes, until golden and delicious.

Air fryer

Bake at 320-350°F for 15-20 minutes, until golden. Air fryer results vary by model and by how many buns you cook at once, so adjust time and temperature as needed. For a big batch, the oven is your best friend.

Party ideas

Pile warm pão de queijo onto a charcuterie board, set them out with a pot of coffee, or split them open for mini sandwiches. Simple, festive, and very Brazilian. Bom apetite!
